Rating Guide

One star * means consideration. I won't post too many * predictions. If I do, view these as something that could happen or just as easily not happen.

Two stars ** means a fair likelihood of the event happening. If I am limiting to two stars, it probably means I don't have time or data for a full analysis but see enough signs to issue a public statement.

Three stars *** means I am fairly confident. Most predictions will be *** or I won't post them. If I have uncertainties or questions about the time frame I will write them into the note.

Four stars **** means that I am as confident as can be. There will be necessarily fewer such predictions because they take considerable work to rectify charts and gather data on the issue involved. If a statement is general, then even if I am very confident I will limit to ***.
