A client had mailed important documents via Priority Mail yet after several days they hadn't arrived at their destination. "Where is the package?" the client asked.

John Frawley makes a good case for learning horary astrology before proceeding on to the more sophisticated branches of natal and mundane (world events). If the astrologer can't find the lost cat, so to speak, then they don't really have any business giving career advice.

In this question, we want to see something good happening with the significator of documents. Documents and deliveries get the 3rd house and its ruler Venus, and as always we look to the Moon. We also keep an eye on Mercury, natural ruler of messengers, also emphasized in this question by being the ruler of the hour.

Venus, ruler of the 3rd house, is retrograde. This tells the story. The delivery is late. Because Venus was moving towards the Sun, ruler of the 1st, I thought there was some chance the documents would be returned to the sender.

When we look to the Moon we see two positive testimonies: first she is landing on the 11th cusp in a little over two units of time. The 11th house is the most benefic house of them all - this symbolizes that the client gets her wish. Yet the Moon just landing on the cusp does not guarantee an answer. It may be what we'd like to have happen; but we need some supporting action with the planets to have it be so.

The first aspect the Moon makes is to trine the antiscion of the Part of Fortune in the 3rd house. This aspect also happens in a little over two units of time. Note: if we didn't check the antiscia, we'd see a square to Uranus in the 8th and probably think they were lost!

Lastly we look at Mercury. Mixed testimony here. On the one hand Mercury is under the beams and about to enter combustion, the very worst condition for Mercury besides being retrograde. Before the combustion happens, though, Mercury gets a supporting sextile from Jupiter. The reception isn't good because Jupiter doesn't like Capricorn, but any aspect from Jupiter can be considered positive in most circumstances. It's enough for a positive tick.

The answer to this question wasn't immediately obvious. We have South node in the 3rd house, indicating possible loss; we have Saturn in the 1st house, not a good sign; Mercury is about to enter combustion; and the ruler of the 3rd is retrograde. Yet being a night chart Queen Moon gets extra significance, so this was my answer (verbatim) to the client:

"The quick answer is that they should show up by the end of the week. I think there is some chance that they will be returned to you instead of making it to the destination. The time unit we have is about 3.5 which in this context is days so that would be Friday. There are also 2 different signs of something showing up in about 2 days."

The question was posed Monday night. In fact the time units of the Moon were spot on. I had used a different software to run the question, so the minutes were just a bit different. With the chart I was using the Moon had 2 degrees and 14 minutes to hit the 11th cusp, and 2 degrees and 18 minutes to trine the POF (example chart shows 2 degrees 8 minutes to the cusp, and 2 degrees 25 minutes to the POF). If 1 day is a degree, then 10 minutes will be 4 hours. So ideally we'd like to see an answer late Wednesday night or early Thursday morning. The client received an email very early on Thursday letting her know the documents had arrived. The time of the email on Thursday was 12:35 am, 2 days and 6 hours after the question. Not bad!
